FINANCIAL POLICY

We strive to deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients. Typically, procedures are completed in one appointment; therefore payment is due at the time of your appointment.  We will inform you of the potential fees prior to your visit.

For your convenience, there are a number of payment options available.  We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, personal checks, and cash. We also offer payment options through CareCredit. Patients wishing to use CareCredit will need to contact our office and make those arrangements at least 24 hours prior to the appointment.

How much will it cost?

The cost associated with each procedure can vary depending on factors such as which tooth needs treatment, how many canals are involved, and whether the tooth has had root canal therapy previously. In general, endodontic treatment is much less expensive than tooth removal and replacement with an artificial tooth.

INSURANCE INFORMATION

For patients with indemnity and PPO dental insurance, we will be happy to file your insurance for you (An indemnity or PPO insurance allows you to see the dentist of your choice outside of network). However, we are not an in-network provider with dental insurance.

For treatment appointments, we will collect the estimated co-pay and file your insurance claims for you as a courtesy.  Your account will be balanced with a refund check or billing statement when payment is received from the insurance company.  Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks. Any remaining balance after insurance has paid is the patient’s responsibility.

For consultation/evaluation appointments, we collect in full at the time of the appointment and will file your insurance “non-assigned” for any reimbursement to be sent to you.
