MEET DOCTOR JAMES SYKES

Dr. Sykes was born and raised in Gainesville, Florida.  He received his undergraduate degree in Zoology from the University of Florida in 1984, and received his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) in 1988.  Dr. Sykes completed his residency in Endodontics at UAB in 1990 and opened his private practice in Tallahassee, Florida that same year.

Dr. Sykes strives to provide the very best clinical care to each of his patients, through state of the art technology, continuing education, and surrounding himself with an excellent team.  Dr. Sykes and his staff are committed to providing every aspect of patient care, from scheduling appointments to post treatment follow-up, with compassion and exceptional quality.

Dr. Sykes is a member of the American Association of Endodontists, the Florida Dental Association, the American Dental Association, the Alabama Association of Endodontists, and the Leon County Dental Association.

In his private time, Dr. Sykes enjoys golf, general exercise, working on the family farm and spending quality time with his wife and two children.
